Taran William LaPiere, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 29 at 2:37pm for use of communications device in a drug sale.  He was released the same day at 7:29pm on a $5000 surety bond.

Tracy Lee Joles, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 29 at 4:47pm for use of communications device in a drug sale. He was released the same day at 7:06pm on a $5000 surety bond.

Stephanie L. Newell, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 29 at 5:23pm for domestic battery.  She was on Monday, February 1 at 12:47pm on a $1500 surety bond.

Kevin Gerald Winter, age 55 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, January 30 at 8:37pm operation of a car without an ignition interlock device and interference with a law enforcement officer. He was released on Sunday, January 31 at 5:14pm on a $5000 surety bond.

Trad Wayne Carpenter, age 23 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, January 31 at 1:46am on a Bond revocation warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
