Dusty Lee Parker, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, December 2 at 12:09am for driving while a habitual violator and driving while suspended.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Nathan Lee Beerbower, age 45 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, December 2 at 1:18am for domestic battery.  He was released on Saturday, December 3 at 12:15pm on a $1500 surety bond.

Jonah Isaiah Eisenbrandt, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, December 2 at 6:00pm on a sanction.  He was released on Sunday, December 4 at 7:01pm for time served.  

Tyler Daniel Fornoff, age 28 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, December 3 at 4:07pm on an out or state warrant and a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Nathan Moses, age 42 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, December 3 at 9:41pm for distribution of certain substances and use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Emily L. Johnson, age 46 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, December 3 at 9:41pm for cultivation/distribution with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, distribution of certain depressants, felony interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of paraphernalia to cultivate and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  she is still being held at this time without bond.

William Michael Charles, age 55 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, December 3 at 11:54pm for interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  he is still being held at this time without bond.

Matthew Charles, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, December 3 at 11:54pm for possession of certain substances and possession of paraphernalia to cultivate.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Morgan Lyn Farmer, age 20 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, December 4 at 8:28pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
