Hilary Rose Leonard, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, December 27 at 9:53am for domestic battery, violation of a protection order and two probation violation warrants. She was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, December 30th on a $1000 surety bond.
Thomas Dwayne Birdsong, age 67 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, December 27 at 8:47am for aggravated battery. He was released on Sunday, December 29th at 6:12pm on a $1000 surety bond.
