Dustin Wayne Jones, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, May 14 at 1:14pm for vehicle liability insurance required, cultivation/distribution with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, driving while a habitual violator, driving while suspended and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was still being held as of 8:00am Thursday, May 15 th without bond.
