Daniel Todd Ornstein, age 58 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, December 29 at 12:00pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Bobby Joe Hussong, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, December 29 at 2:25pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

Kayla Jena Haley, age 32 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, December 29 at 9:06pm for aggravated burglary.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
