Riley Wray Warner, age 18 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, December 23 at 9:23pm for distribution of certain hallucinogenic drugs, use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances, felony interference with a law enforcement officer and aggravated endangering child. He was released on Wednesday, December 25 at 9:35pm on a surety bond.

Courtney Scott Wlazlinski, age 42 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, December 26 at 4:30am for assault of a law enforcement officer and domestic battery. He was still being held as of 8:00am Thursday, December 26 th without bond.
