Sylvia Jean Norris, age 58 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, December 9 at 2:04pm for three counts of trafficking contraband in a correctional facility.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Donna M. Lowry, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, December 10 at 12:19am for violation of offender registration act, a failure to appear warrant and a probation violation warrant.  she is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Bryan William Hendrix, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, December 10 at 7:00am on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
