Nikolas Ray Charlton, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, November 22 at 11:23am on a detention authorization.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Marshon Lee Curry, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, November 22 at 6:26pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Danielle Leigh Wyland, age 45 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, November 23 at 1:54am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
