Randall James Kuns, age 31 was arrested by the Kansas Highway Patrol on Thursday, November 17 at 8:55pm for driving while suspended, fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer, vehicle liability insurance required and vehicle unlawful act. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Jared Wayne Lotterer, age 33 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, November 18 at 1:09am for possession of certain stimulants. He is still being held at this time without bond.
