Joel Clifford Mendel, age 43 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, November 16 at 2:32pm for domestic battery.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Shelby D. Brown, age 28 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, November 17 at 12:36am for domestic battery.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
