Nicole Dawn Fleharty, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, November 15 at 1:00pm on a sanction.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

John Wayne Evens, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, November 15 at 5:00pm on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
