Cody Matthew Tindill, age 22 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, October 21 at 3:54am for interference with a law enforcement officer.  He was released the same day at 8:51am on a $1250 surety bond.

Terrence D. Lee, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, October 21 at 8:01am on a Bourbon County Warrant for child support.  He is still being held at this time on a $2000 surety bond.

Jeremy Glenn Steeley, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, October 21 at 10:16am on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $3000 surety bond.

Matthew James Violett, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, October 21 at 10:16am for driving while expired.  He was released the same day at 7:21pm on a $500 surety bond.

Braden Earl Stinnett, age 20 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, October 21 at 3:01pm for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was released the same day at 5:14pm on a $1000 surety bond.

James Ray Stinnett, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, October 21 at 6:19pm for unlawful tampering with electronic monitoring equipment and seven bond revocation warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Michael Lee Oakes, age 52 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, October 21 at 9:47pm for driving while suspended, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $1500 surety bond.

Benjamin Soten, age 46 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, October 21 at 11:48pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.
