Jonathan Keejohn Dorrell, age 18 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, January 13 at 11:14pm for indecent liberties with a child and breach of privacy. He was still being held as of 8:00am Tuesday, January 14 th without bond.
