Erickson Samuel-Barrios, age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 30 at 9:00am on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

David Lee Vess, Jr. age 27 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, September 30 at 2:51pm for aggravated indecent liberties with a child and aggravated indecent solicitation of a child. He is still being held at this time on a $500,000 surety bond.

Edward W. Theel, age 24 and Carl M. Newton, age 57 are currently being held on a Linn County Hold.

Kelly Michael Gould, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 30 at 8:32pm for criminal restraint and domestic battery.  he is still being held at this time without bond.
