Jonathon S. Howard, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, January 6 at 12:31am for driving while suspended.  He was released the same day at 3:01pm on a $1500 surety bond.

Katie Anne Bray, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, January 6 at 2:12pm on a failure to appear warrant.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

James Dale Hughes, age 54 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, January 6 at 3:58pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

Jeremy Kurt Rupprecht, age 36 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, January 6 at 2:33pm for criminal restraint, domestic battery, interference with a law enforcement officer and theft by deception.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Hayden Taylor White, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, January 6 at 4:04pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
