John Wayne Evans, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, January 27 at 9:00am on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Jacob Thomas Hays, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, January 27 at 10:45am on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Steven E. Shadden, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, January 27 at 10:17pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
