Resa Kathleen Davidson, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 10 at 8:20pm for distributing opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants within 1000 feet of a school, use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, January 13 th on a $100,000 surety bond.

Kyle David Holmes, age 43 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, January 11 at 10:52pm for criminal littering on public property, criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, January 13 th without bond.
