Antwan S. Dial, age 29 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, January 10 at 1:35am on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Timothy M. Poage, age 59 was arrested by the Fort Scot Police Department on Monday, January 10 at 4:51am for aggravated assault, criminal discharge of a firearm and criminal threat.  He is still being held at this time on a $25,000 surety bond.

Phillip Read, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, January 10 at 8:00am on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
