Dylan Martin Ross, age 31, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, April 15 at 10:00 pm for interference with a law enforcement officer and possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants. He was still being held as of 8:00 am Thursday, April 16th without bond.
