Raymond David Helgren, Jr. age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, February 16 at 1:53am for driving while suspended, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time without bond.
