Clinton Doyle Cowan, age 28 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, February 4 at 11:24am on two failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time on a $6500 surety bond.

Jermaine Justin Oliver, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, February 4 at 3:52pm for attempted burglary, attempted theft of property or services a failure to appear warrant and a Kansas Department of Corrections warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

John Wayne Evans, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, February 4 at 4:16pm on a bond revocation warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Rusty E. Gaddis, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, February 4 15 5:35pm on an out of county warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
