Jerry Lee Mitchell, age 60 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, January 15 at 9:42pm for two counts of battery of a law enforcement officer, interference with a law enforcement officer and two probation violation warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
