Joshua Allen Warner, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, January 14 at 11:18pm for driving while a habitual violator, driving while suspended, flee or attempting to elude; reckless driving, fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer, operating a vehicle with no registration, theft of property or services and three failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time on a $40,000 surety bond.

Diana Arlene Clark, age 58 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, January 14 at 9:00am on a sentence.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Robert Joseph Brierley, age 31 was arrested by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, January 14 at 4:27pm and is currently being held in Bourbon County without bond.

Michael Henry Elshof, age 21 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, January 14 at 8:49pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.
