Justin James Radspinner, age 27 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, September 7 at 2:39am for driving while suspended.  He was released the same day at 9:14am on a $500 surety bond.

Brandon Steven Bell, age 50 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 7 at 9:20am for criminal damage to property, criminal trespass, possession of controlled substance, possession of meth, two counts of possession of paraphernalia and theft of property or services.  He is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Rodney Aaron Simmons, age 47 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 7 at 10:09am on a failure to appear warrant.  He was released the same day at 10:54am on a $108 cash bond.

Gary Joseph Brown, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 7 at 2:37pm on a Bourbon County Warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

John Orval Gaston McIntyre, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 7 at 1:49pm on a bond revocation warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Thomas Lavoyn Coyan, 2nd, age 41 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, September 8 at 3:16am for driving while suspended, possession of certain stimulants, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and an out of county warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $231 cash bond.

Shannen Leeviy Price, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 8 at 6:45am for driving while suspended.  He is still being held at this time on a $500 surety bond.
