Megan Nicole Short, age 24 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, September 5 at 12:00am on an out of state warrant.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Donald Ray McIntosh, age 59 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, September 5 at 1:49am for possession of certain depressants, transporting an open container and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $3250 surety bond.

Garrin W. Richardson, age 38 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, September 5 at 7:57am for driving while a habitual violator and driving while suspended.  He was released the same day at 9:32am on a $2500 surety bond.

Olivia Marie McCullough, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 5 at 4:18pm on a bond revocation warrant and a failure to appear warrant.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

McKenna Dawn Jacobs, age 22 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 5 at 6:22pm on a failure to appear warrant.  She was released on Friday, September 6 at 1:17am on a $1000 surety bond.

Brandy Charlene O’Dell, age 31 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, September 5 at 10:37pm for domestic battery.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Karah Denyse Beerbower, age 21 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, September  at 11:01pm for two counts of criminal threat, interference with a law enforcement officer and vehicle liability insurance required.  She is still being held at this time on a $2000 surety bond.
