Donald Ray McIntosh, age 59 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, September 5 at 1:49am for possession of certain depressants, transporting an open container and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time on a $3250 surety bond.
Thomas Lavoyn Coyan, II was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 4 at 9:47pm for distribution or possession with intent of drug paraphernalia, distribution of certain illegal drugs, two counts of possession of certain illegal drugs and two counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
