Brandon Michael Swink, age 35 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, September 3 at 9:02am for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of aggravated battery, aggravated burglary, second degree attempted murder, criminal damage to property, criminal threat and domestic battery.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
