Jesse Dean Frye, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 29 at 10:32am on a probation violation warrant.  He was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, September 30 without bond.

Nicholas Edwards Proctor, age 40 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, September 29 at 11:33pm for disorderly conduct.  He was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, September 30 without bond.
