David Eugene Meredith, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 2 at 11:57pm for expired registration, driving while suspended, Kansas insurance violation and an out of County Warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Wednesday, September 3 rd on a $2500 surety bond.
