Devin Brier Leon Vail, age 29 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 26 at 2:13pm on a failure to appear warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, September 29th without bond.
Ryan Joseph Templeton, age 41 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, September 26 at 4:21pm on an out of county warrant. He was released on Saturday, September 27 at 8:08pm on a $5000 surety bond.
Jasper Elliott Seidel, age 19 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 26 at 11:21pm for criminal carrying of a weapon, Kansas insurance violation, operating a vehicle with no registration, possession of certain
hallucinogenic drugs, transporting an open container and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on Sunday, September 28 on a $2500 surety bond.
Sarah Jean Bordelon, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 26 at 11:46pm for interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and
use of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on Sunday, September 28 at 7:44pm on a $2500 surety bond.
Joshua Lorenzo Ayers, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, September 27 at 1:55am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and two counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on Sunday, September 28 at 7:44pm on a $2500 surety bond.
Levi William Rodebush, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, September 27 at 8:00am on a sanction. He was released at 7:58am Monday, September 29 for time served.
Phillip Eugene Bolton, age 47 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, September 28 at 5:12pm for interference with a law enforcement officer. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, September 29 th without bond.
Charles Rivers Beck, age 46 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday September 29 at 1:43am for possession of certain stimulants, use orpossession of drug paraphernalia and an out of county warrant. He was still being
held as of 8:00am the same day on a $100 bond.
