Jason Ray Pierce, age 23 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 28 at 2:07pm for criminal possession of a firearm by a felon and a Kansas Department of Corrections warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Madison Kaye Habick, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 28 at 4:27pm on a failure to appear warrant.  She is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.
