Timothy Ray Dawdy, age 68 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, September 22 at 5:31pm on a failure to appear warrant. he was still being held as of 8:00am Tuesday, September 23rd without bond.

Donald Brent Dishman, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, September 22 at 7:34pm for two counts of aggravated battery; physical contact with a deadly weapon, disorderly conduct and interference with a law enforcement officer. He was released the same day at 10:23pm on a $5000 surety bond.

Gary Michael Roberts, Sr. age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Officer on Monday, September 22 at 11:28pm on a probation violation warrant. he was still being held as of 8:00am Tuesday, September 23rd without bond.

Charles Ervin Alfaro, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 23 at 1:29am for driving while suspended, Kansas registration violation and two counts of violation of offender registration act.
