Jason Ray Mayes, age 39 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, September 22 at 4:02pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $500 surety bond.

Caleb Anthony Merriman, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 22 at 8:37pm for distribution or possession with intent of drug paraphernalia for illegal use and possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants.  He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.

John Henry Shatto, age 51 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 23 at 2:05am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.
