Adam Troy Thornton, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 20 at 12:59am for driving while a habitual violator.  He was released the same day at 9:06am on a $1250 surety bond.

Richard D. Nunley, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 20 at 2:49am for possession of certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Jody Lamont Mitchell, age 45 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, September 20 at 2:49am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Deshala Marie Daniels, age 28 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, September 20 at 1:56pm for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

Hanna Marie Hadrava, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 20 at 3:47pm for burglary, 13 counts of computer unlawful acts, 13 counts of forgery; making or altering a written instrument, 13 counts of identity theft and theft of property or services.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Ronald Dwayne Cummings, age 51 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, September 20 at 3:26pm on a fort Scott Municipal warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $84.50 cash bond.

Christopher Wayne Casey, age 62 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 20 at 11:29pm for violation of offender registration act.  He was released on Saturday, September 21 at 2:12pm on a $5000 surety bond.

Jorlynn B. Thompson, age 24 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, September 22 at 12:49am for aggravated battery.  She is still being held at this time on a$1000 surety bond.

Jason Howard Chaffin, age 46 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, September 22 at 3:53am for criminal threat, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and possession of paraphernalia to cultivate.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.
