John Thomas Herrington, age 56, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, September 21 at 2:10 am for domestic battery. He was still being held as of 8:00 am Tuesday, September 22nd, on a $1500 surety bond.

Roy Guss, age 57, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, September 21 at 6:26 am for distribution of controlled substance. He was still being held as of 8:00 am Tuesday, September 22nd, on a $50,000 surety bond.

Derek Arthur Clinton, age 48, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, September 21 at 2:38 pm on three out of county warrants. He was still being held as of 8:00 am Tuesday, September 22nd, on a $100,000 surety bond.

Jaci Mae Coberley, age 20, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, September 21 at 10:58 pm for driving while license cancelled/suspended or revoked, possession of controlled substance and use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. She was released on Tuesday, September 22nd at 3:08 pm on a $7500 surety bond.
