Jeremy Lee Santmyer, age 52 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 19 at 12:00pm on a sanction. He was released on Sunday, September 21 at 12:00pm for time served.

Raymond David Helgren, Jr. age 28 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, September 19 at 6:10pm for disorderly conduct. He was still being held as of 8:00am Monday, September 22 nd on a $1500 surety bond.

Elena Marie Pearson, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 19 at 9:57pm for domestic battery. She was released on Sunday, September 21 at 8:54pm on a $500 surety bond.

Jeremiah Hutson, age 48 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, September 20 at 7:37pm for duty of driver to report an accident of unattended vehicle and possession of certain stimulants. He was released on Sunday, September 21 at 3:19pm on a $10,000 surety bond.
