Shelby Brown, age 34, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 18 at 1:15 pm on a probation violation warrant. She was still being held as of 8:00 am Monday, September 21st, without bond.

Joseph R. Yoder, Jr., age 24, was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, September 19 at 8:30 pm on a failure to appear warrant. He was released on Sunday, September 20 at 1:58 pm on a $2500 surety bond.

Pete Wells Hall, age 40, was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, September 20 at 8:31 pm for battery and criminal restraint. He was still being held as of 8:00 am Monday, September 21st, without bond.
