Michael Shane Gates, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 13 at 8:55am for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal damage to property, domestic battery and violation of protection order. She is still being held at this time without bond.
Davielle D. Phillips, age 25 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, September 15 a5 3:48am for driving while suspended. He was released the same day at 4:46am on a $500 surety bond.
Reann R. Boyington, age 31 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, September 15 at 8:35am for two counts of endangering a child. She was released the same day at 10:51am on a $1250 surety bond.
