Morgan Lya Farmer, age 22 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, September 10 th for aggravated assault and battery. She was released on Wednesday, September 11 th at 2:00pm on a surety bond.

Chandler Dustin Olan Beal, age 26 was arrested on Wednesday, September 11 at 11:22am by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on a failure to appear warrant and a diversion violation warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Thursday, September 12 th on a $2000 surety bond.

LaDonna Rae Elder, age 53 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 11 at 8:53pm for a Kansas Insurance violation, possession of opiate/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certainhallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She was still being held as of 8:00am Thursday, September 12 th without bond.
