Edwin Spencer Roof, Jr. age 20 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, August 5 at 2:22am for criminal trespassing and domestic disorderly conduct. He was released the same day at 4:45pm on a $500 surety bond.
Jonah Isaiah Eisenbrandt, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, August 5 at 6:00pm on a sanction. He was released on Sunday, august 7 at 6:00pm for time served.
Shaun Dayn Hall, age 38 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, August 6 at 11:41am for felony interference with a law enforcement officer and two out of state warrants. He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.
Audrey Kaye Morton, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, August, 6 at 3:53am for felony interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on Sunday, August 7 at 3:40pm on a $2500 surety bond.
Ryan Lane Burgin, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, August 6 at 3:52pm for felony interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and three out of state warrants. He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.
Derek W. Havens, age 43 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, August 6 at 7:40pm for criminal damage to property. He was released on Sunday, August 7 at 11:44am on a $100 surety bond.
Veronica Brooklyn Roberts, age 21 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, August 6 at 9:20pm on a probation violation warrant. She is still being held at this time without bond.
Keenan Demetric-Jamaal Whitfield, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, August 7 at 4:07pm on two out of county warrants. He was released the same day at 6:51pm on a $4000 surety bond.
Jacob Collins, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, August 7 at 4:57pm on two out of county warrants. He was released the same day at 7:21pm on a $1500 surety bond.
