David Gene Marez, age 52 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, August 30 at 1:37pm for distribution of certain hallucinogenic drugs, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released the same day at 5:53pm on a $5000 surety bond.

Matthew Daniel Schweikhardt, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 30 at 2:08pm on three bond revocation warrants. He is still being held at this time on a $100,000 surety bond.
