Levi Derek Priest, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, August 26 at 9:38am for bond exoneration, distribution of certain hallucinogenic drugs, use of communications in a drug sale, use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivated controlled substances and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $50,000 surety bond.

Joshua Hall Lotterer, age 33 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, August 26 at 10:52am for driving while suspended, fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Jonah I. Eisenbrandt, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, August 26 at 6:00pm on a sanction.  He was released on Sunday, August 28 at 6:14pm for time served.

Erickson Samuel Barreos, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, August 27 at 6:00am on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

John Westley McGrew, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, August 27 at 3:52pm for driving while suspended, fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of paraphernalia, possession of certain illegal drugs and an out of county warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $11,000 surety bond.

Matthew Ryan Sisney, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, August 28 at 8:37pm for driving while suspended.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
