Joseph Alan Lotterer, age 27 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, August 27 at 6:26am for driving while suspended, illegal display of tag, possession of certain illegal drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, vehicle liability insurance required and a warrant for the Kansas Department of Corrections.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Dawson James Mitchell, age 20 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 27 at 12:22pm on a bond revocation warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
