Joseph Alan Lotterer, age 27 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, August 27 at 6:26am for driving while suspended, illegal display of tag, possession of certain illegal drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and vehicle liability insurance required.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
