Chadd Edward Logan, age 50 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, August 23 at 4:30pm on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Eric Wayne Trickey, age 50 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s office on Wednesday, August 23 at 4:31pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of paraphernalia to cultivate and possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Dustin Joseph Belcher, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, August 23 at 10:40pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Jarvus K. Lewis, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, August 23 at 10:49pm for two counts of criminal damage to property and four counts of theft.  He is still being held at this time on a $50,000 surety bond.

Melvin Ray Foley, III, age 54 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, August 24 at 12:20am for burglary, criminal damage to property, criminal trespassing and felony possession of stolen property.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
