Michelle Leann Horton, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 23 at 10:14am for detention authorization. She is still being held at this time without bond.

Kelly Michael Gould, age 40 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, August 23 at 1:53pm on two failure to appear warrants. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Maria Teresa Cisneros, age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 23 at 2:30pm for felony interference with a law enforcement officer. She is still being held at this time without bond.

Julie A. Saul, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 23 at 11:59pm on a failure to appear warrant. She is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.

Carolyn S. Lotterer, age 60 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, August 24 at 1:33am for distribution of certain hallucinogenic drugs, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released the same day at 8:15am on a $5000 surety bond.
