Zachary Isaac Cox, age 18 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, August 18 at 11:10pm for criminal damage to property. He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.

Jacquelyn Rosalie Mason, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, August 19 at 12:30pm for possession of opiates/opium/ narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and possession of paraphernalia to cultivate. She is still being held at this time on a $2000 surety bond.

David Daniel Weber, age 49 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, August 19 at 10:41pm for domestic battery. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Kyle Jacob Weber, age 26 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, August 19 at 10:27pm for aggravated battery and domestic battery. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Noe Eduardo Fuentez, Jr. age 25 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, August 20 at 10:45pm for criminal damage to property and an out of county warrant. He is still being held at this time without bond.

Talia Anita Epting, age 19 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, August 20 at 11:39pm for criminal damage to property. She is still being held at this time without bond.

Earlene Marie Jones, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, August 21 at 12:09am for illegal registration, vehicle liability insurance required and driving while suspended. She is still being held at this time without bond.
