Dustin Frederick Copeland, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, August 19 at 11:32pm for distribution of certain stimulants, possession of certain stimulants, use or possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and an out of county warrant. He was still being held as of 8:00am Tuesday, August 21 st on a $5000 surety bond.
