Randall James Kuns, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, August 10 at 12:00pm for driving while suspended, fleeing a law enforcement officer and reckless driving.  He is still being held at this time on a $25,000 surety bond.

Clinton Doyle Cowan, age 31 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, August 10 at 1:25pm for interference with a law enforcement officer and a failure to appear warrant.  he is still being held at this time on a $6000 surety bond.

Joseph Emery Martin, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, August 10 at 3:24pm on an out of state warrant, a bond revocation warrant and a failure to appear warrant.  he is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.
