Neptalee Cassey Spalding, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, July 8 at 9:07am on a sentence.  She is still being held at this time.

Zachary Ryan Lyman, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, July 8 at 4:32pm for distribution of certain hallucinogens, driving while suspended, use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Amanda Dawn Benton, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, July 8 at 9:54pm for no valid driver’s license for non-cdl commercial vehicle.  She was released the same day at 10:56pm on a $500 surety bond.

Michael Verlyn Durossette, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, July 8 at 10:16pm for abuse of a child, aggravated intimidation of a witness and criminal threat.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
